1. Purpose of Training:
The ELD Fundamentals training aims to provide detailed information about the Facilities and Infrastructure ELD element, which is covered in the main topic, through experience in real projects and practical examples from daily life.
The training aims to provide a detailed understanding of the Facilities and Infrastructure ELD element, which attempts to identify, plan, and provide the necessary resources for the proper use and maintenance of the system/product. This is a crucial ELD element that must be carefully evaluated, as it can significantly impact project costs and schedules if facilities and/or infrastructure are needed. Thanks to Facilities and Infrastructure:
- From an early stage, facilities and infrastructure (permanent or temporary) requirements are analyzed and input is provided for design.
- Existing facilities are evaluated and managed from an ELD perspective for new facilities/infrastructure or improvements to existing facilities/infrastructure, or they provide significant input.
- Conducts facility/infrastructure planning.
- Conducts or provides input for the maintenance of facilities/infrastructure throughout their lifecycle.
- Regularly monitors facility/infrastructure performance metrics and implements improvements as necessary.
- As a result of the above activities, they make the system/product usable or easier to use and maintain.
- This training provides you with the opportunity to learn in detail and apply the information required to carry out facilities and infrastructure projects in compliance with standards and contractual requirements.
The materials used in the training were prepared by the instructor specifically for this training based on his/her own knowledge and references from relevant standards (ASD, DEF-STAN, JSP, MIL-STD, NATO, SAE) from various countries and organizations, as well as widely accepted textbooks.
