1. Purpose of the Training:

This RAMST training aims to convey the theory of Reliability Analyses, whose fundamentals are introduced, through real project experiences and practical examples from everyday life.

Reliability analyses focus on providing design input at early stages to ensure supportable systems/products and to guarantee cost-effective and performance-compliant use throughout their lifecycle. Thanks to Reliability Analyses;

  • The probability of systems/products operating without failure during the expected mission time is calculated
  • Designs compliant with reliability requirements can be realized
  • Spare parts inventory levels can be determined
  • Warranty and logistics support costs can be calculated
  • Operational availability is increased
  • Life Cycle Cost is optimized

The training covers reliability definitions, calculations, and standards; Functional Flow Block Diagrams; Reliability System Modeling; Reliability Allocation and Prediction; Reliability Data Sources; FMECA; Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD); Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM); Reliability Improvement; Reliability Testing; and Field Data Analysis. Through this training, participants will gain detailed knowledge of reliability analyses compliant with standards and contract requirements and have the opportunity to apply them.

Training materials are specially prepared by the instructor, based on personal expertise and referencing relevant international standards (ASD, DEF-STAN, JSP, MIL-STD, NATO, SAE) and widely accepted books.
