1. Purpose of the Training:
This training aims to convey the detailed concepts of Training and Training Needs Analysis (TNA), which are introduced as key topics in the ELD Fundamentals course, by sharing real project experiences and practical everyday examples.
The training focuses on efficiently developing a qualified workforce with the necessary skills for operating, maintaining, and supporting the system/product. It involves analyzing training needs to create the most optimal training concept, providing design inputs from a training perspective, planning training and resources, preparing Training Support Materials (TSM), delivering training, conducting post-training evaluations, and updating training materials based on evaluation results. Through Training and TNA:
- All training activities and resources related to the system/product are identified
- Qualified personnel required for operation, maintenance, and other support activities are developed
- Design inputs are provided to optimize the support system
- An optimal training plan and content are created
The training covers a brief introduction to ELD and training/TNA definitions, followed by training planning, responsibilities, Training Support Materials, Task Analysis, Training Gap Analysis, Training Options Analysis (TOA), training design, delivery, evaluation, and the widely used ADDIE model. You will gain detailed knowledge and practical experience to prepare training solutions and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in compliance with standards and contractual requirements.
Training materials are specially prepared by the instructor based on their expertise, referencing relevant standards from various countries and organizations (ASD, DEF-STAN, JSP, MIL-STD, NATO, SAE) and widely accepted literature.

Certification: Participants attending at least 70% of the training will receive a certificate of participation.
