1. Purpose of the Training:
This training aims to convey the detailed elements of ELD Management (ILS/IPS Management), which are introduced as key topics in the ELD Fundamentals course, by sharing real project experiences and practical everyday examples.
The training focuses on how to manage ELD in a project to ensure cost-effective and performance-appropriate use of the system/product throughout its life cycle. Through ELD Management, the following are achieved;
- All system/product requirements are managed
- The ELD Concept is developed
- Alternatives are analyzed
- The ELD Plan and its sub-plans are prepared
- Configuration management of the system/product is performed throughout the life cycle
- Subcontractor logistic support contracts are established and managed
- Lessons learned are documented
- Fleet management is conducted
- ELD activities during the operational phase are managed
- Demobilization is managed
With this training, you will gain detailed knowledge and practical experience to perform ELD Management in compliance with standards and contractual requirements.
Training materials are specially prepared by the instructor based on their expertise, referencing relevant standards from various countries and organizations (ASD, DEF-STAN, JSP, MIL-STD, NATO, SAE) and widely accepted literature.

Certification: Participants attending at least 70% of the training will receive a certificate of participation.
