1. Purpose of the Training:

The IT System Support element, presented as a main topic in the ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Fundamentals training, aims to convey the details of this ILS element through real project experiences and practical examples from daily life.

The training is designed to explain in detail how to identify, plan, and provide all the necessary computer software, hardware, and related equipment (interfaces, servers, network connections) required for the correct operation and maintenance of the system/product. Thanks to IT System Support:

  • From the early phases, IT system support requirements are analyzed and used as design inputs
  • The software/hardware maintenance concept (including modifications and updates) is evaluated
  • Emergency recovery planning is conducted
  • IT systems are installed, updated, and managed
  • Software licenses are managed
  • Downtime caused by software and hardware issues is minimized, thereby increasing availability

With this training, you will have the opportunity to learn in detail the knowledge required to perform IT System Support activities in compliance with standards and contract requirements, as well as apply it in practice.

The materials used in the training have been specially prepared by the instructor for this course, referencing their own expertise, various national and international standards (ASD, DEF-STAN, JSP, MIL-STD, NATO, SAE), and widely accepted publications.
