1. Purpose of the Training:
The Supply Support element, presented as a main topic in the ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Fundamentals training, aims to convey the details of the ILS component through real project experiences and practical examples from daily life.
The training is designed to explain in detail how the Supply Support element ensures that spare parts, tools, and similar supply materials required throughout the system/product life cycle are available at the right time, place, quantity, and quality. Since the lack of necessary materials can significantly affect availability, Supply Support is a crucial ILS element for keeping the system/product operational.
Thanks to Supply Support:
- Supply planning is done in accordance with requirements and supportability analyses
- Lists and information of materials that may be needed throughout the life cycle are prepared
- Material procurement is carried out
- Material inventory is managed
With this training, you will have the opportunity to learn in detail the knowledge required to perform Supply Support in compliance with standards and contract requirements, as well as apply it in practice.
The materials used in the training have been specially prepared by the instructor for this course, referencing their own expertise, various national and international standards (ASD, DEF-STAN, JSP, MIL-STD, NATO, SAE), and widely accepted publications.
