1. Purpose of the Training:

Project-based tactical usage training is crucial for ensuring that the developed/manufactured system meets the tactical operational requirements of the end user.

This training is twofold. First, it aims to ensure that personnel involved in system design and production understand how the equipment they design will be used tactically in the field, thereby minimizing errors during design, development, and manufacturing phases. Second, it seeks to inform the end users on how to integrate the superiority and advantages gained through the procured system into their existing capabilities.

Since projects are designed to address specific military needs and threats, these requirements and threats must be fully understood by system developers and designers. Defense industry products must be developed to operate in harmony with other military vehicles or systems and to rapidly adapt to changing combat conditions and threats. Therefore, knowledge of operational and combat environments is essential. For effective use of produced systems, personnel training and logistical support must also be designed to integrate seamlessly with currently deployed systems.

By the end of this training, you will be equipped to better develop operational and tactical concepts for the systems you design and manufacture, and to create tools and/or systems that fully meet customer requirements.

The training materials have been specially prepared by the instructor, based on their expertise and referencing our national and NATO standards.
