By using these methods, which are basically based on the ADDIE method, it is possible to produce the right training materials and to provide effective training.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is the process of identifying the differences between the existing skills, knowledge and competencies of individuals or teams and the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively and analyzing what needs to be done to close these gaps. This is an important step in designing and implementing training and development programs that will improve performance.
